ABOUT JESSALYN CLAIRE

My work is rooted in curiosity, empathy, and the belief that creativity is a powerful way of understanding and reshaping the world around us.

I work across disciplines and materials, from oil pastel and digital illustration to cardboard sculpture. Rather than focusing on a single medium, I’m drawn to processes that invite experimentation and allow unexpected connections to emerge.

At its core, my practice is human-centered. I create work that holds grief gently, while making space for hope.

I invite people to imbue the work with their own connection to experiences and remember. My goal is to make work that feels accessible, thoughtful, and quietly hopeful with art that opens space for curiosity, connection, and change.
