ABOUT JESSALYN CLAIRE
My work is rooted in curiosity, empathy, and the belief that creativity is a powerful way of understanding and reshaping the world around us.
I work across disciplines and materials, from oil pastel and digital illustration to sculpture. Rather than focusing on a single medium, I’m drawn to processes that invite experimentation and allow unexpected connections to emerge. I’m especially interested in moments where things feel unfinished, imperfect, or “wrong,” because those spaces often hold the greatest potential for discovery.
At its core, my practice is human-centered. I create work that invites people to slow down and remember. My goal is to make work that feels accessible, thoughtful, and quietly hopeful with art that opens space for curiosity, connection, and change.
